SUPERANNUATION

Superannuation

Superannuation will not necessarily be paid to your estate after your death and so it will not necessarily to be dealt with under your Will.

It is therefore important to make sure that your superannuation will pass to the persons you intend, and this can be done by putting in place an effective binding death benefit nomination or a reversionary pension.

Superannuation can only be distributed directly to a dependent defined by the superannuation law.  We can explain this to you and assist with preparation of the necessary documents.
