Family Dispute Resolution is mediation between family members which aims to clarify issues and assist parties to reach agreement regarding the care arrangements for children and how to share their finances. Principal
Vincent has been a barrister and solicitor since 2008. Vincent has a Masters in Family Law, is an accredited mediator and is a family dispute resolution practitioner.
Curtis Ward
Principal
Curtis was admitted in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2013. In his 11 years as a solicitor, he has gained experience in a variety of areas, including complex parenting and financial family law matters, summary and indictable criminal law matters, and banking and finance, small business and consumer law disputes.
